Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in preparing your order and want to ensure you know exactly what to expect regarding shipping and delivery.

 

Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Some items are fulfilled directly from our trusted partners and may ship separately from your tablescape kit. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one shipment with separate tracking information.

  • We carefully select partners that align with our quality standards to ensure every piece meets our brand expectations.

  • Processing times may vary slightly depending on the item ordered. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page.

Processing Time

  • Shipping times vary by product

    • All tablescape orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days.

    • Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays.

    • During peak holiday periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volume. We will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • If you purchased one of our curated pieces such as stemware, flatware, and dinnerware shipping times will vary.

Shipping Method & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped using major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • We select the carrier that provides the safest and most cost-effective delivery for your package.

  • All standard orders ship via ground shipping.

  • If you require expedited shipping, you must contact us before placing your order so we can provide a custom shipping quote and timeline.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping is included in the product price.

  • All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Carrier delays

    • Lost packages

    • Delivery exceptions

    • Weather or transit disruptions

  • Customers must work directly with the carrier to resolve delivery issues.

Damaged Items

  • We carefully package all orders, but damage during transit can occasionally occur.

  • To qualify for a replacement or refund:

    • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging must be provided

    • Depending on product availability, we will either:

      • Send a replacement, or

      • Issue a refund

  • Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

    • The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs

  • We are unable to refund original shipping costs (included in product price) in these situations.

Event Date Disclaimer

  • Many of our items are purchased for specific events. While we ship promptly within our stated processing time, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

  • We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or transit issues that result in an order arriving after your event date.
