Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Because many of our items are curated, packaged, and prepared specifically for each order, please review our policy below before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, event cancellations, or ordering errors.

This includes:

  • Ordered too late for an event

  • Ordered the wrong quantity

  • Color/theme not matching expectations

  • No longer needed

  • Changed event plans

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

After review, we will either:

  • Send a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a refund

Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will verify the packing record and:

  • Ship the missing item, or

  • Issue a refund if unavailable

Lost Packages

Once a package has shipped and tracking has been issued, it is in the carrier’s possession.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

Orders will not be refunded in this situation.

Event Date Purchases

Our products are commonly purchased for specific events.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and do not provide refunds for:

  • Late arrivals caused by carriers

  • Orders placed too close to an event

  • Missed event dates

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing

  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
